With over 35 years as a full-service general contractor in the Houston area, Humphries Construction offers clients the benefit of our expertise gained from our long and varied experience in commercial building construction.

Our client relationships can be structured as General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design/Builder. Projects typically include the construction of commercial office and retail, religious and non-profit, industrial/distribution, self-storage, and supportive housing projects.

 A large percentage of our work is delivered using negotiated, guaranteed maximum price contracts (GMP), where our early involvement with the design team and value engineering work are essential components of our responsibilities.
