Ken Humphries

President
Ken Humphries began his construction career in 1976 at JM Humphries Construction Co., establishing Humphries Construction in Houston in 1984.
As President, he is involved with each project in an advisory capacity while making certain that our commitment to quality is always a top priority. In addition, Ken also coordinates all Design/Build projects.
He has been President and Director of the Associated General Contractors – Houston (AGC), a Trustee of the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Virginia, and serves as a board member of various organizations and non-profits. Ken is also active in his church, serving on various leadership committees.
Jim Mosley

Jim Mosley -
Vice President, Head of Pre-construction Services
Since beginning his career in 1981, Jim has worked as both an estimator and project manager. Joining Humphries as Senior Estimator in 1985, his experience has provided him with the knowledge, experience and unique skill set necessary to develop accurate estimates from conceptual drawings through finished plans.
As Senior Estimator, he manages all estimating and pre-construction services, working with the Design Team and Owner during the early stages of a project’s development. Jim directs all pre-construction activities including site analysis, budgeting, value engineering and final pricing.
Jim is also an active member of his Parish, serving on various counsels and service organizations.

Senior Project Manager
Beginning his career in 2011, Henry leads the third generation of contractors at Humphries Construction.
As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for maintaining standards and effective execution across all active projects.
Henry has experience managing projects for over a decade, ranging from site development to commercial facilities, bringing his knowledge and attention to detail to every project he is a part of.
Henry is an active member of his church serving on various committees as well as an annual volunteer at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

Will joined Humphries in 2003 as Director of Business Development and LEED Coordinator. In his role as Director of Business Development, he is the initial face of Humphries Construction to many of our clients.
He has experience as a project manager on a variety of projects, including commercial, religious and self-storage facilities, giving him the technical background to provide the services our clients require from the very first meeting.

Project Manager, Business Development
Stuart joined Humphries in 2020 after spending 10 years in hospitality and management, becoming part of the third generation of Humphries Construction.
His background includes studies in both Fine Art and Architecture at the University of Houston. This, combined with a service-oriented approach to management, allows him to be dynamic in handling roles in project management as well as developing business partnerships.
